As Hood River Organic has offered the assurance that I will not receive any further promotion contact and that all of my personal and financial information has been removed from their system (as well as the systems of any of their associates), I can accept this resolution.
In answer to the question of promotional emails, the most recent that I received were early June and early February

We honor all requests to be taken off our list Unfortunately the system we use CSAware does not have an automated option to be removed from the email list Due to human error we messed up There are two actions that need to be taken to ensure people on the email list do not get
promotional emails We apologize for the email and have taken every action necessary
All financial information is not held by us, but by Authorize.net we have removed the customer from our system Our contact details were not able to be deleted from our system as the software does not allow it We've gone as far as we can

I've confirmed that all of your account information has been deleted If you try to log in it is impossible Your credit card, address, and csa box customization's have been deleted We did mess up and it is our deepest apologize We are trying to work out the issue and have a solution When was the last promotional email you received You've stated that you continue to get promotional emails If this is true what are the other dates that you have received them other than the one from the original complaint However if you have not gotten any emails you can take this as notification that you are no longer in our database
I'm not sure what other definitive way to notify you since I no longer have any of your contact information Which is what you've requested to be removed
