Consumer states that she picked up her vehicle because he had her vehicle for 2 months and the car was just sitting. She states that she did take the car to the dealership and she was told that the air bags were not installed, and the headliner replaced before any additional work could be done. Consumer had to pay $304 to Ford for an analysis showing no airbags in the vehicle. Consumer feels that she paid this man $5000 and he should have taken it to the dealership if thats the case. She states that she is not satisfied with the work completed and wishes to be refunded. On 3/11, the consumer had a text message saying that he would order the air bags and that work would be completed in about a week from that date. She also adds that she received a text from on 4/7 that he was on his way to the Ford dealership for the final repairs and that he would be finished the next day. Consumer states that she picked up her car due to work not being completed on 4/10.
