June 9th the customer purchased his granite top
June 15th we were contacted from the granite company that *** was unhappy about the tear out priceThe manager spoke with *** about the additional charge for the tear out of his
existing counter topHe was upset and said he was not going to pay to have it taken outThe manager tried explaining to him that it is additional fee because of it being a separate serviceHe was not understanding our process which resulted in the manager taking a loss on the tear out
June 16th *** was contacted to set up a tear out for his counter-top by Hoods with no chargeThe date for the tear out was scheduled for June 25th at 10:30am
We received this complaint on June 19th(Very confused if we had satisfied his desired resolution why report us to Revdex.com)
June 22nd Hoods contacted the granite company to arrange for them to tear out the counter-top and we would take care of the $costWe figured have that company be responsible for the tear out to ensure we would not run across any further problems with the customer
We were told by the granite company that *** was unhappy with them because they told him he would have to raise his cabinetry for the counter top to work correctly(Was an error on whom ever installed the tile/dishwasher) yet again *** demanded that the granite company do the additional work at no chargeHe ended up filing a complaint with Revdex.com for that reason as wellwhich was not the granite companies issue, that was the customers
Not sure where and what we did wrongTear outs cost extra, has never been included in any granite or stone counter-top we ever price outThere are additional fees/items that can all be added at the end of the saleWe feel like we went way above and beyond to help him with his confusion, and still were turned in
