Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Hello, The business owner  stated the following: 'The buyer accepted those terms and conditions during check out but started to demand free shipping'. Per receipt that is attached in the complaint it is clearly stated that the order was processed with free shipping. To add to the complaint, the charge from our bank account was fully processed. The business owner-associate Alex is using 'bait and switch' advertising on the website that goes against Revdex.com of New York Business Code of Advertising. He attracts customers, processes orders (invoice attached in the compliant), charges the bank account (our checking account was charged for the full order), then the next day a female contacts and demands more money for shipping. If the company has a free shipping stimulations, these conditions should be posted clearly on their 'free shipping ad', not away in small print where customers can not see them. The orders should not be processed and charged with 'free shipping' if 'free shipping' does not apply. The rudeness of the associate Alex goes against business ethics in the US. It was witnessed by two customers. 'Bait and switch' advertising is false and misleading. We did not demand caviar to be sent via 7 days. We simply stated that the business has to take the expense of the shipping that applies to the product to be safely delivered to us. If the business recommends it needs to be via 2 days Air, that is fine. However, the business needs to pay for the shipping since this is how the order was processed and charged. If they made a mistake, they have to apologize and work with the customer to resolve the issue by taking the expense of the shipping that is being advertised. We did not authorize Alex to cancel our order, yet he canceled our order against our authorization. We demand our order is shipped to us for free no matter which method they choose. 2 day [redacted] AIR is fine. We also expect a formal apology for the mistreatment that was provided to us for no reason. As a suggestion, change your ad to "FREE SHIPPING EXCEPT PERISHABLES" to stop misleading customers. Thank you.
