Review: Dr. Bradley Kent Hook pretended he was a former patient in my office and gave me "F" ratings on the review site Angie's List. He fabricated a treatment date and said he had dental work done. Dr. Hook was never a patient of mine. The reviews left for businesses are anonymous to the public, however, businesses can see the name of the member leaving the review. This review was left on October 8th, 2013. On this same exact date, a glowing review for his own company for an "A" rating was left. It appears to have the same writing style for both reviews. Angie's List member agreement states that only members are allowed to review a business if they were an actual patient and that person can not be a competitor of that business. My office has an orthodontist and Dr. Hook has a competing orthodontic practice nearby. As licensed dentists we are held to a high standard of ethical and professional conduct. I have never said or written anything negative about him or his business to provoke this.

Have Dr. Bradley Hook cease and desist all libelous and defamatory claims against me and my business. Have him remove all deliberately falsified online reviews and any other unethical misrepresented publications. Put in writing that he will no longer pursue any of these vicious tactics against me and my business, and send this to me by certified mail. His actions have hurt my reputation and have caused me undue emotional distress.
