Review: I purchase Hooked phonics discover reading package for my toddler. I was not informed that the CD-rom only works with certain older computer operating system like windows XP not with the new Windows system or updated windows . They informed me that they couldn't do anything about replacing , refund or change the productDesired Settlement: I would like to see if the would replacing , refund or change the product.
