Hooked Up Tickets

Review: The website hookup tickets offered very good seats to the Floyd Mayweather vs Canelo Alvarez fight at a very low price, I had been watching ticket prices online all day and when I saw the price of the ticket I immediately purchased it along with ticket insurance. I went to the directed address to pick up my ticket, when I arrived their the merchant told me my ticket was in another location, I took a taxi ride to the second location. Upon arriving at the second location I was notified by the seller that the ticket I purchased was the result of a clerical error and they would not honor my purchase. The merchan told me I had been refunded for my purchase. The seller did indeed refund me for my purchase but did not refund my insurance price and told me that I had to contact an entirely different merchant to handle this. As a result of the seller's actions I had to spend a lot of money on cab rides to multiple offices, I also missed out on several other great deals for ticket purchases as I thought I had already bought a ticket. I was very disappointed in the way the merchant handled this, I am sure if they made a clerical error that listed the price of the ticket as higher than the actual price the merchant would not offer the purchaser of the ticket a refund. Also, the merchan should have taken care of my insurance purchase if they were not going to honor the sale. Also, the seller should be obligated to honor the advertised purchased price and not change their mind after the product had already been sold. I believe this is terrible customer service and was very disappointed with the way the situation was handled. While on the way to the second location to pick up my ticket, several tickets were sold that I could have had the opportunity to purchaseDesired Settlement: I believe the company should have a policy that ticket sales be honored after they are purchased
