This was a repossession on 1-17-16 from his home address upon which time it had a dead battery, flat tire, & was unlocked. The vehicle was stored in a secured lot with camera & was locked up...

upon storage. Mr. M[redacted] made arrangements with his bank on 2-20-16 and came to our office on 2-22-16, upon which he was informed of all charges.. At this time he did not has the funds to retrieve his vehicle. We agreed to hold all charges for 2 weeks in order to help him. Upon his arrival on 3-1-16, he asked if his belongings were in the truck, I informed him everything that was in it when picked up was locked inside it & inside a barbed wire fence. He proceeded to sign all releases & left, went to his truck & looked through his belongings, He then stated after looking through misc trash/clothing & jumper cables, that his coat was not there. I explained to him that we are a family business & pride ourselves on honesty & that if the coat was in there when picked up it would still be there. He proceeded to stand around. I asked him to move his truck because it was blocking our garage doors. A few minutes later he was still there & another employee yelled for him to move his truck again. That's when he left. I also believe he is upset about the vehicle being repossessed and is looking to blame someone. I believe Mr. M[redacted] is mistaken where he left his coat. Due to the fact by his own admission he had been in the hospital & truck was left at home in his driveway & unlocked.
