I am rejecting this response because:My son did park in an illegal spot. My son did mouth off about the tow fee. He didn't threaten physical violence.However, that doesn't mean that you get to threaten to tow my wife's legally parked car. That doesn't mean that you get to threaten to keep the car until the finance company repossesses it. That doesn't mean you get to tell my wife (who was also on the car and didn't mouth off nor did she park illegally) that you aren't going to release the car to her, you'll only release it to the finance company then change your mind and say you'll only release it to the dealership and then kick her off the property when she tries to comply. That doesn't mean you get to keep the car until we have to call the police My son was in the wrong on the first 2 points, you were in the wrong in the rest of it. I'm sure you deal with mad customers on a frequent basis. I'm wondering if this is how you treat those customers as well hence the complaints to the Revdex.com and elsewhere.I stand by my statement, my wife stands by my statement, and apparently the police stand by my statement.

parked where he should not have and he has to pay for the service we provided to the property owner from which it was towed from. Maybe you should teach your child that all actions have consequences and everything that occurred yesterday could have been avoided if he would simply understand how not to park incorrectly and not become violent when things don't go his way. It was caused by bad patenting and spoiling your child.
