email address and then upgraded his membership by providing his credit card information and opted in for a 3day trial for $1.95. The customer should be very well aware of the billing information as it states clearly, membership renews automatically at $29.95 every 30 days until canceled on the billing page where the customer provided his credit card information and the information was also included in the transaction confirmation that was sent to the customer’s email address. However, we are settling this account by refunding the $29.95 charge as requested, disabling the account, and adding the customer’s information to our blacklist to prevent the customer from signing for any our sites.The customer can expect the refund to reflect on his credit card account within 7-10 business days.

Review: This site is a scam. No real interaction with REAL WOMEN. Just the "online Cupid", who randomly message you a [redacted] message to keep you subscribed. I paid for one month, now the charging me every month $30. I seem to not be able to deactivate my account. It doesn't have that option to do so. I need some help to close this scam as account. Thank you!Desired Settlement: I just want my account on this site to be deactivated.

Hello, Per your written request on 09/14/2015 the account was disabled and the recurring membership was cancelled.

Review: Health issue is that it stressing me out. First of all someone not me idk who. But had opened this acct w my information I had contacted them to close it out an never did. Since they didn't I figured I would jeep the profile anyway. No where at all I saw anything say u cant put stuff up which wasn't bad anyway just my email since I was a basic member couldn't do much anyway an im on a tight income as it is. Everytime I logged on if it was on the pc or cell phone I had to keep redoing my profile. It gets old very quickly. Today was the last straw. I told them a couple days ago if they kept up w this I would contact Revdex.com. For what I want seen is I either want the account closed or them to give me a full membership for nothing. To much stress to go through this w a company. an I even gave them suggestions as well an they go ok will send it to proper department and obviously don't.Desired Settlement: Said it in the complaint section at the end of it.
