I places an order on 12-09-after several attempts to reach the company by email I was told on 12-that my order was still processing and scheduled to ship that week When I look at the order number on their site it still shows unfulfilled I have sent or emails and I have not received one answer, no reply, or any new information regarding the order
I understand it is Christmas season but it with them telling me it would be shipped last week and without any other communication from the company it is very disappointing that a company would not have any regard towards their customers they took the money immediately but after that you don't hear much at all from them

Took days to ship order? Seems they don't carry stock TOOK money fast

I ordered on November 29th and still have yet to receive my order! The money however did come out immediately! This is insane! It's a Christmas gift for my son and there are 6 days till Christmas!!!!!

People has to be careful this online shop. I ordered September 30th. No response for 3weeks. I called customer service but mailbox is full. Chat room is nobody. But they charged. I found instagram so I messaged them then finally someone answered. Seemed like they forgot my order.They sent but the shirts was too big so I returned. But there is no return label and paid $25 for UPS. Then no response for 2weeks then I messaged again.. I still don't hear from them.. there is no customer service at all... please be careful those internet shopping.

This company is a joke. They state their business hours are from 9 am to 5 pm yet no one will answer the phone (now the voicemail is full), answer an email, or their online chat. I have tried to contact them through all means with no response. I only ordered 1 shirt how hard can that be to get correct? I received 2 shirts that where not even close to what I ordered in a small. All I am asking is that they correct the problem. Send me my order overnight with the shipping comped and a packing slip to return the product that I didn't order, but that seem to difficult for them to do.
