Please check the attached screenshots for the issue raised by our potential customer.Its never a case when we do not respond.Our support is always prompt on responding to the tickets/emails/queries...

We received an email from [redacted] on Tue, Apr 14, 2015 at 2:07 AM..as soon as we received the email we placed the order the same date.
The only order to come in on 4/3 was for [redacted]. This was mailed out and received by her on 4/17. The tracking number is
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
When we actually placed the order it was sent to the respective department and then was processed accordingly.
Still when we again followed up on 29th asking whether the order is delivered or not we did not receive any response from our customer.
Then as per our policies we again contacted the department which responsible asking if the order for fulfilled or not.
When we rechecked we found that the address she put was incorrectly showed by our system.
Still we are sorry for what has happened and ready to send the refund and the order as a compensation.
Please let us know how we can get this right as client satisfaction is most important for us.

There statement of not recieving contact with me is not true. I tried contacting them numerous times with no replies. There excuse of my address being wrong is a complete lie but that is my address. I recieve packages daily and no one else has ever had a problem except this company thats ripping people off.. If they were refunding my payment and sending the product where is it. Im frankly sick of hearing what they are going to do and,seeing this company do nothing at all. How like are aloud to still be in business while,ripping people of mind boggles me.

Its been months I need a date I will recieve my products and my refund. My patience has run out.. I have been more than patient for months. It didnt take them months to take my money it shouldnt take months to refund it.
