We at Kingwood Pressure Washing would like to apologize for any miscommunication between this client and our company.  We would be happy to adjust the price.  This service was initially performed while the owner of this property was not home.  After the service, rain...

occurred.  We received a call from the owner of this property letting us know that the windows still had some issues.  Not sure if it was caused by the rain or not, we sent a crew back out to clean the windows again.  While the technicians were cleaning the windows for the second time, the homeowners were present the whole time talking with the technicians, and saying how good the windows looked.  After the service was completed, the homeowners, and the technicians walked the property to inspect everything.  The homeowners gave the approval, and the technicians left.  An email was sent to us about 11:00 PM that they did not want to pay for the window cleaning in full.  By email, we requested that since the approval was given while the technicians were still on the property, that payment be made in full.The next day, the homeowner contacted us by phone being very rude, and angry.  He called the technicians liars, and we apologized several times.  We offered to have a different crew come out and clean the windows again at no charge, but he declined.  He agreed to pay in full by the end of the conversation, but when we offered him a 15% discount on any additional services in the future, he became rude again, saying he would never use our company again and threatened to contact the Revdex.com.  We said he was welcome to do that if he felt it necessary, but at that point he hung up on us.  We do not have an issue reducing the amount that he feels needs to be adjusted.  We aim to please all our customers to the fullest extent possible.
