We used Cool Touch this summer when we had an issue with our attic a/c unit leaking into our garageThe tech diagnosed and not only fixed the issue but decided to do general unit servicing too, which he didn’t have to doToday, we had our unit serviced for the winter, and Cool Touch, again delivered, with tech, Daniel, who was thorough, professional, and friendlyHe ended up finding an issue in our unit that unfortunately we couldn’t afford to fix at this time, with Christmas being right around the cornerHe didn’t pressure us whatsoever, and instead put the diagnoses in the notes in our file and said we could call anytime and they’d come over with the (hard to find, since our unit is so old) part and fix it right upI felt comfortable and at ease with the whole experience and would recommend
