Review: I booked a limo for my wife's retirement. I gave them my credit card info and even called to confirm on Friday.

Today, when they had not arrived, I called and they told me that they forgot. They did not try to make restitution and instead insisted that this was not a big deal.

They ruined what I had planned to be a great event.Desired Settlement: They need to make this right. I don't know if that's possible at this point, but their service and their response to my complaint is unacceptable.
