I would like to make a complaint about your Sarasota Store (Cattleman Rd)Around a month ago my wife and I went to the store and bought six items: a ladies dress, three ladies tops and two pairs of shortsToday (Mar 27) we went back to the store to return one pair of shorts, with the receiptHowever, my wife was told that the number on the receipt did not match the shorts we were returning The store supervisor, Taylor M., kept us both waiting for minutes while he checked the racks and computerHowever, Mr Mcould not find the item and told us that he could not give us a return because the item number on the receipt did not match any item on the computerWe repeatedly told him that there could be no doubt that the item was purchased at the store, as we had only ever been there one time The computer system was wrong, yet we were getting treated like common scammersWhen we go to a store for a return, we do not wanted to be treated as though we are liars, over a $return We wonder if it is Beall's policy to treat people returning items that are legally purchased in it's stores like criminals In the end we left in disgust that we would not even receive a store credit, leaving the shorts in the storeWhen I told him I would complain to head office, Mthen told us never to return to the store We think that treating your customers with such contempt is disgraceful, and will never shop at your stores again and will tell everyone we know, in person, and on social media to avoid your store due to the way we were treated

San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL I received dollars of Bealls BucksI did notice that the Bealls Bucks were only valid for two days and those two days I had work and would not be able to use themHowever, I did call Bealls and they said that they would accept them expired after the 30% of the whole store endedThen on June 6, I came in to buy a pair of gym shortsAfter I had selected them I went up to the counter and gave her the Bealls Bucks, she then had to wait for a manager to come up to put in the override codeAs the manager came up he said that they would not be able to accept the Bealls Bucks for all Nike productsI told him that they should have that posted somewhere in the store and his response was that it is stated in the Bealls Bucks receipt(it wasn't)So I went and got another pair of gym shortsI selected a pair of Under Armour shortsI went back to checkout and the cashier tells me that Under Armour shorts are also not allowed by Bealls Bucks

I ordered products from Burke's Outlet online, and received products in much smaller sizes than I paid forThey are still advertising said product and when I contacted them, they are going to refund the price only, not shipping or tax and when I asked about the product they didn't send was told they assumed they didn't have it and the advertising online was wrong orincorrectBeware of advertising, you may not get what you paid for

I ordered jars of facial cream but was sent SHIRTS insteadI was made to pay for return shipping to make up for Bealls' errorI will continue to make this known until their policy about return shipping is changed - at least for errors that they makeI was punished for a mistake made by BeallsBUYER BEWARE!

This is my review of my Bealls credit card experience As of 12/17/I used my bealls credit card to purchase items before Christmas Great! Now I payed by bank shortly after and I over spent in the bank, I was emailed by Bank that the transaction did not go thru due to insufficient fundsI immediately ran to the store to pay my account in full, I have the receiptI noticed that my available credit was not hanging so I called the card center only to be told that I would not be able to use the card for months available credit would stay at I explained to the fact it was Christmas and everybody over spends a little and I was never notified about the NFS on my account , Thank god for the bank, I was told there was nothing they could doUpon this discovery I had no choice but to CANCEL my account! Im so disappointed I wont shop there again

The computer system was wrong, yet we were getting treated like common scammers. When we go to a store for a return, we do not wanted to be treated as though we are liars, over a $12 return.

We wonder if it is Beall's policy to treat people returning items that are legally purchased in it's stores like criminals.

In the end we left in disgust that we would not even receive a store credit, leaving the shorts in the store. When I told him I would complain to head office, M. then told us never to return to the store.

We think that treating your customers with such contempt is disgraceful, and will never shop at your stores again and will tell everyone we know, in person, and on social media to avoid your store due to the way we were treated.

To Whom It May Concern,

Today, I stopped in Bealls Leesburg store on Hwy 441/27, and purchased a few items. There was a sales lady, Cara, who assisted me and I thought she was fantastic! What a nice experience. Even though this particular store is further away from my home than other Bealls stores, I would go the extra mile just because of Cara.

In general, I have found good value for money at Bealls, especially when taking advantage of their sales. They also cater for us older folk in giving a discount every Tuesday for those over 50.

Perhaps you could let Bealls know how pleased I was.
