Shortly after sending an email detailing my situation, I received a reply urging me to call the office numberI was offered a service visit for a no-cost estimate after lunch along with the possibility that the owner might be able to stop by mid-morningTo my delight, I received a follphone call at mid-morning to notify me to expect a visit in a few minutesThat happened
After a firm handshake and efficient inspection, I received an estimate with a concise and clear explanation for the chargesUpon my approval, the new water heater was ordered to be delivered right away and a second plumber was called to assist as soon as possibleThe old heater was promptly drained, disconnected and removed
The new heater was delivered and the old one removedAnticipating a short delay for the other plumber to complete work for another customer, I was politely asked if I could wait until late morning to complete the installationAs promised, the pair professionally and efficiently finished the installation forthwithI was assured that, if any need arose for service, the response would be prompt - "24/6" as Sunday is not a work day
