Joe C[redacted] with Bonanza just replaced our HVAC system. Joe was very professional and takes great pride in what he does. Joe arrived as scheduled or if he could not, he always notified us, My husband and I were very impressed with Joe when obtaining estimates and felt he was our best choice for the job. We were not disappointed. When code enforcement came to check his work, the code enforcer complimented his work as great, said he wished everyone's work looked like the job that Joe had completed. He ask that I pass his compliment to Joe. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe C[redacted] for your HVAC needs.

I called early morning on a Friday due to my AC not turning on at all. After running into multiple problems with another company provided by our home warranty we decided to get someone else to come take a look. Mr. Joe came out that day and due to a previous call he ran behind but still honored his word to come see us late afternoon on a Friday. He was very informative and showed me exactly what was wrong and what to look for next time, even explained how I could fix it on my own if it happened again. He was very polite, personable, and reasonable with his pricing. He will be my first contact for any other AC problems, I won't even deal with our terrible home warranty.
