Consumer BEWARE, this business has sold from the original ownersI went to the "new" Hoosier Overdoors in Cedar Lake to purchase a RIGHT HAND garage door torsion spring and also asked about pricing for a new garage door installedWhen I got home I found they had sold me a LEFT HANDWhen I attempted to return the spring for refund I was given a big argument by the woman in the office saying it was the correct spring, that I was harassing her and to leave or she was going to call the police! When I reminded her that I was considering using them for a new garage door in the future she said "WE DON"T WANT YOUR BUSINESS"!! This woman is completely PSYCHO! I called my credit card company to resolve the issue because I wasn't getting anywhere dealing with themI'm glad the issue was only a $spring and not a $garage door install!
BEWARE! You will not get your security deposit back! Part of rental agreement is a form you must initial stating they want your credit card info for a security deposit BUT they won't run the card unless there was a need. However, they ran it immediately ($250.00). Waited 10 days after the stay (April 2014) & attempted to get the deposit back. The house was left in better shape than when we checked in. E-mails are ignored. Phone calls go thru an answering service so you can't speak w/ them. It's now June & still nothing. Pool was disgusting. Couldn't use it. Dirty. You can't see your feet while standing in it. Carpet stained thruout. Doors to laundry area broke. Only 2 burners on stove worked. Revdex.com has them w/ a F rating. You can add my complaint to that organization also. FWIW STAY AWAY!
