We went to this home in spring to address problems We were told to leave without fixing issues Told " we will be calling Revdex.com" This is first I have heard from them since We have been trying to rectify the situation There is a good chance there is a moisture issue beneath the siding causing problems At this point I recommend they follow the warranty procedures written on the warranty

I spoke to Mrs [redacted] on the afternoon 9/8/ That same day we did warranty work at her home The crew that was doing the warranty work on her chimney informed me that the fiber cement board up against the roof was falling apart(deteriorating) The coating is not cracking or peeling The siding in these areas is breakingWanting to inform the homeowners of our discovery immediately I called different phone numbers before I reached Mrs [redacted] While attempting to explain our discovery and the options we can provide (including coming to the house personally), I was constantly interrupted and threatened by a yelling [redacted] I was interrupted numerous times in this manner and did my best to continue the attempt of a discussion This did not happen and her yelling continued, interrupting any attempt of an answer I would begin Nobody deserves to be spoken to in the way [redacted] spoke to me After all, I was the one trying to help her and give her available options It became very clear to me and my & year olds that could hear her yelling through the phone from the kitchen table that this person was never going to hear me and the best thing for me to do would be to end this abuse and phone call [redacted] 's last five words of her written complaint state "they don't stand behind the warranty" yet in sentence four she tells us the company was out to do warranty work in and We again honored our warranty September 8, Sincerely, [redacted] %

We paid Hoosier Permanent Coating an additional $for their carpenter to inspect and replace the siding before the painting was done We were told by doing this they would ensure that the siding was in good condition and that their product would seal the siding I dont understand why our siding/cement board with a year warranty would deteriorate if it was properly sealed by Hoosier Permanent Coatings product that they warranty and gurantee *** refused to answer my questions in regards to why this deterioration was taking place and continued to interrupt me and did not provide options for repair or answer the questions If his product seals the siding, why would it deteriorate? In addition the paint on the trim was bubbling due to water underneath the paint and they did indeed fix the trim on the house, but they refused to paint or fix the deteriorated siding or offer any solution or answers It appears to me it was not painted or sealed properly to begin with He told me to file a warranty claim with the paint company and I have done so over a week ago without any response from them as well&nbs

We hired Hoosier Permanent Coatings to paint our home in June of 2015. Due to hail damage to our home this past April I attempted to phone Hoosier Permanent Coatings to inform them that my insurance company would be hiring AND PAYING THEM to do some repair/painting on my home. I was shocked to learn that the company had been sold and there no longer was a representative in Indianapolis to service our original warranty. The "mother " company, Smart Permanent Coating System of East Hartford, CT., informed me that they had sold their business and was no longer responsible for covering my warranty. I was given the phone number of the new owner (still have no idea what his name is) and have been trying to get a response by phone for three months now.
Run, do not walk, away from this company. We spent a large amount of an inheritance gift to have our home painted with the confidence it would be money well spent as we would no longer have to worry about the paint upkeep of our home as we grew older. The salesman we worked with made a point to let us know they had been in business for years in Indianapolis and had no plans of moving. The previous owners, as well as the original CT company should be ashamed.
