We have not been in receipt of this Revdex.com complaint until nowFurther, on January 30, 2018, [redacted] was in contact with my office and I personally responded to her with a letter containing an account of her debt management program, an account of our interaction with her creditors, and proof that her payments were in fact remitted to her creditors in a timely manner.? ? I encouraged her to use the letter to dispute any claims that she'd been delinquent paying her creditors.? In fact, we provided the name of the [redacted] account representative that confirmed that her account was not delinquent on September 8th, [redacted]
