I recently purchased some maintenance free decking from Mills Fence Company, and am very pleased with the product, and service I had done extensive research as there are many different brands, and types of this type of maintenance free decking I had compared not only price, but also warranty, and other features The product I purchased from Mills Fence was the best value on the market in my opinion A solid core, 100% PVC deck material that came in a variety of colors The material was delivered, and stacked neatly at my residence The delivery team was prompt, courteous, and professional The communication was excellent from the first call for pricing, all the way through the process to final delivery It was nice to see a company, do what the say they would do, and when they said they would do it I would rate this as a very positive experience, and recommend this company to anybody looking for quality materials, and excellent service

I received an est to repair my fence after storm damage in JuneI accepted and it took till October for them to come outThey repaired the back fence but didn't repair the corner or the side fenceI have called three times and talked to the receptionist but no one from installation has returned my call!!!! Mills Fence installed driveway gates in November Since December 2017, I have had numerous issues with the gates installed on my driveway Twice someone came out (Dec 2017, & January 2018) during the winter to fix the issues, but the fixes did not work There are times when I cannot get the gate open at all The gates are warped and have moved out of alignment I have sent emails and pictures to Mycal *** and others of Mills Fence regarding this issue Temporary fixes to the gates will no longer workThe gates are in such bad alignment and warped, that they require replacement I have tried to work with Mills, but I am not getting a resolution from Mycal My last email to Mycal July 17, 2018, requested a time frame when someone from Mills would come to my house and replace my gates This email did not receive a response from Mycal Mills Fence may be busy, but I paid for quality installation, that I have yet to receiveI shouldn't have to continuously send email

The lights were left with the tags in them so my wife and I originally thought they were faultyThe doors were left swinging inward towards the pool which is against code violation in West Chester townshipThe were no hinges installed to auto close the door and gateI had to make the tech and sales rep aware of the previous code violations so they switched the gates around but left the locks on the outside which makes no senseThe entry gate swings the wrong wayThe fence now looks like something I put together with a bunch of screw holes everywhereAlong with an additional charge for the hinges, I am now asked to pay $$$ for a service that looks hideous and your company name is attached right on the fence Please feel free to come out and see the work for yourself I completely understand you're a busy individual and I hate the fact that circumstances have reached this pointRESPONSE: NONE
