We do apologize very much to the home owner but one of the owners wives pasted away and as you can imagine this is was very traumatic to us so yes I'm sorry it took us a week or so to get make to her job that was completed but need the trash hauled awayWe have been back to haul the trash away it
has been done 100%We even gave her $off the project after she paid us in fullSince this complaint she has asked us to bid other work for herSo we are a little confused as to why there is a complaint hereWe feel that we went above and beyond give what has happened in our little company over the past month

The business I filed the complaint against contacted me to resolve the issue. They asked me to remove my complaint, which I am not sure if I can do that? I just wanted to let you know that it was resolved. They sent an electrician to our house...

to fix the fire hazard and many issues they left undone over a year ago.
