My name is [redacted] I am the General Manager at the Chicago Hooters Location. I talked with my manager and with Grubhub. The order that was placed was for 10 classic wings with medium sauce and a french fry. According to both parties that is what...

the customer received. I understand that the customer believes she order or wanted something else, but that was the order we receieved through grubhub. Unfortuanlty we can't give a refund for that mistake. I did talk to Grubhub and they did refund the price of the wings at the time of the order and I was able to get them to refund the remaining balance of the order for the inconvienevce. While I understand GrubHub returned the money I was still treated rudely by a manager. I would like some sort of compensation for this as I am a regular sit down customer and local college student. I feel as if I was being talked down upon and treated as if I didn't matter.
