First of all, I'd like to state that I had been recommended by other colleagues that Hootsuite was the bestIt has been a load of issues where I've had to tend to itFirstly, they don't automate posts to ***Unfortunately, I work and can't be on my phoneI have to APPROVE it, then let it happen, or it just posts the image without the caption text I've arranged beforehandNow, it's not posted my attached imagesI would think the purpose of this app is to go and automate your posts so that you don't have to stand there and anxiously do itAlso, they can't put it to*** which needs*** - an app that they have that is incredibly clunky***

I am attempting to get a refund for my subscription with Hootsuite, however, they refuse to co-operateI have repeatedly asked them to contact us via phone as the back and forth emails are prolonging the issue, however, they refuse to call usI have even asked them to send me a copy of the conversation in which we agreed to a pre-paid subscription, however, they refuse to do this as well
We signed up for the program in ***, but never end up using it, therefore we want to cancel our subscription instead of wasting money on something we do not use

An unauthorized charge of $*** was made to my credit card on ***I have never done business with this company nor have I ever heard of it prior to seeing this charge

*** signed up for free trial, charged me for a full year

I cancelled Hootsuite in June and continue to be billed I have called, emailed, and continue to not get through

I signed up for a free trial and my credit card was charged after a few days I emailed customer service times regarding not being able to access my account and no one got back to me I attempted to call customer service and was on hold for minutes with no answer

The product did not meet my needs I removed all of the social connections in the fall of I then proceeded to force the downgrade on the account Low and behold, my credit card was still getting charged without my knowledge *** flagged the charge as fraudulent and called me about it
I then proceeded to have a service web chat with a Hootsuite rep who told me my account was not cancelled I told them I had cancelled it They provided no information there only to show me the steps to cancel my account I followed the steps as provided
The rep then asked why I essentially had not completed the steps and the cancellation did not go through and was not showing up I told them I did complete the steps Low and behold, I checked and my account was not cancelled
The rep then told me they'd cancel my account even though they DO NOT do that even with the customer demanding it They have told me they will only reimburse month of service instead of the 5, 6, or

In March of I signed up for a free trial of the software which required me to add my credit informationAfter the trial ended I opened a case with them because I was unable to unlink my credit cardI asked them politely if they would please ensure my subscription was cancelledThey refunded me for one month but kept my subscription open and continue to charge me after I asked them to cancel

We are unable to reach Hootsuite and even after we canceled our free trial we were still billed although the message indicated that our billing information will be removed at the time of cancellation Next, we received an email notifying us that our account was charged, at that point I attempted to log in to Hootsuite to see what the issue was and my password did not work so after resetting my password learned that my account was reactivated and billed to the Pro, which is a year commitment that of course we did not sign up for *** I will also be disputing this charge on my*** as the trial did not meet our requirements and we have zero activity or history on posting anything via Hootsuite
