We are unable to reach Hootsuite and even after we canceled our free trial we were still billed although the message indicated that our billing information will be removed at the time of cancellation Next, we received an email notifying us that our account was charged, at that point I attempted to log in to Hootsuite to see what the issue was and my password did not work so after resetting my password learned that my account was reactivated and billed to the Pro, which is a year commitment that of course we did not sign up for [redacted] I will also be disputing this charge on my [redacted] as the trial did not meet our requirements and we have zero activity or history on posting anything via Hootsuite Best Regards, [redacted] Soccer Shots

First of all, I'd like to state that I had been recommended by other colleagues that Hootsuite was the bestIt has been a load of issues where I've had to tend to itFirstly, they don't automate posts to [redacted] Unfortunately, I work and can't be on my phoneI have to APPROVE it, then let it happen, or it just posts the image without the caption text I've arranged beforehandNow, it's not posted my attached imagesI would think the purpose of this app is to go and automate your posts so that you don't have to stand there and anxiously do itAlso, they can't put it to [redacted] which needs [redacted] - an app that they have that is incredibly clunky [redacted] Also, they overcharged me $dollars a monthI was supposedly given a "business" deal of the Professional tier at $after my free trialWhen I took a look at their plans, it was at $dollarsSo, in the past they have overcharged me the amountThat is not fairWhere and when was that bait-and-switch ac

The product did not meet my needs I removed all of the social connections in the fall of I then proceeded to force the downgrade on the account Low and behold, my credit card was still getting charged without my knowledge [redacted] flagged the charge as fraudulent and called me about it I then proceeded to have a service web chat with a Hootsuite rep who told me my account was not cancelled I told them I had cancelled it They provided no information there only to show me the steps to cancel my account I followed the steps as provided The rep then asked why I essentially had not completed the steps and the cancellation did not go through and was not showing up I told them I did complete the steps Low and behold, I checked and my account was not cancelled The rep then told me they'd cancel my account even though they DO NOT do that even with the customer demanding it They have told me they will only reimburse month of service instead of the 5, 6, or

no clear way to cancel this service just get bill for $100+ for something I dont want and never wanted When I look for place to cancel there is no option to remove myself from hootsuite pro
