came back and the shop foreman re-inspected the vehicle and concluded that there was movement on that sideThe provincial guidelines for inspections and the manufacturing specifications for that part stipulate that there is no allowable play aloudWe take pride in the work that our technicians do and we value the relationship that we have with our customersThat relationship is based on trust, it is very important for us to be able to trust the information that we receive from our technicians and that trust, in turns, impacts the relationship we have with youThat is why we have spoken with the Provincial Inspector about this case and we are willing to san appointment with you and him at the store to go over the inspection that was doneIf the inspector finds out the the information provided to you was not accurate, and I truly hope that is not the case, we want to knowIf that was the case we will make amends and we will take disciplinary actions toward the responsible parties***

*** I am not a mechanic myself, and I agree with the statement that *** does not allow for any movement in the tie rod end, but the problem,or actually lack there off, is that all parts are tight and fully functioningThere is NOTHING wrong with the right tie rod end! *** *** *** I am fully confident in the garage that serviced my car, upon going for a second opinionHad there been any faulty parts on my vehicle, I would not hesitate on changing the part, and fixing the problemI then would have had no issues with paying Canadian Tire Dieppe for the NB safety inspection***
*** I was initially at fault for being late on my NB safety inspection, and I take responsibility for that***

Canadian Tire has done nothing about changing their policy on the use of PROMO CARDS. All they have done is explain this [redacted] policy & advise me to read the fine print carefully.
