First of all, I would like to say *** did a top notch job of coordinating my flooring project I currently reside in northern Italy and Wan allowed my best friend to intervene on my behalf with color choice and any issues that arose during the project I especially appreciated his honesty when explaining to me how colors are not true to life on the computer *** along with my best friend and tenant, all agreed on the match to my existing wood stairs This gave me a great peace of mind He was in communication with us throughout the entire job, keeping us abreast of the progress and problems that arose He addressed those problems in a timely manner and coordinated with our rental company seamlessly As I write this, Wan continues to work my flooring project by coordinating with my best friend for the storage of extra material in my absence abroad I would be delighted to have Wan manage any future jobs in my home without question
