Everything seemed fine until the day of the move when a driver showed up at my houseIt was a driver from North American, someone who no one at Hoover the Mover had ever met beforeHe was terrible, he yelled and screamed and stormed out of my house because I asked him not to handle one of my items as he was (breaking it)The owner had to come out to my house to calm him down and I was still forced to have him as my driverThe other two gentlemen there packing the truck were just as shocked as meThey said they had never seen this before and had never been yelled at or ordered around as he wasThe driver made them move everything twice and it took hours longer than necessary
Once we were at our destination, I received a call from the company that boxed the TV that said they would be there tomorrow morning to unbox inInteresting considering the truck had not arrived and I had heard from no oneI call the "on call" number no answer or way to leave a message until the 5th attemptHe said he didn't know anything and they can't do anythingWell ok thenLuckily I had the owners phone number from his visit to my house and called himHe was shocked and said he would figure it outI have yet to hear back from himI had to call the company back and re-coordinate everything....isn't that what I was paying the moving company for?
Upon unpacking the truck multiple items were broken and damaged and now they are saying they are not at faultI have photos, text messages and witnesses to all of thisI wish you luck using them
