Hoover Wheel Alignment

I have since received a response and action from Best Buy Pool Supply regarding my refund instructions from *** *** the managerI was given an address and authorization number to return my light and should get a refund on my credit cardHe explained they are in the transition process of new
ownership and it's been a challenging process since the new ownership moved from California to Massachusetts. *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not respect their decision that the responsible party for their lost time due to their mistakes is the customer. I had at one time offered to pay for the material costs but not labor, however I have been put in a position where I am being held financially responsible for the mistakes of their employees and I do not believe that is the proper way to conduct business.This is not the first time they've made this mistake, having replaced the wrong O2 sensor in my vehicle 12/22/16 and I assumed the same responsibility then.

replaced. the mechanic jack up the left side and determine that upper ball joint was the one that need to be replaced. When the error was discovered when I informed Mr. [redacted] the the right side upper ball joint needed to be done as well.  The owner offered to replace the left side ball joint with the one removed and this was not what Mr. [redacted] wanted to do.  He wanted the right side ball joint done at a reduced rate. The price of the 2 upper ball joints and alignment would normally total $500 plus tax, we lower it to $350 plus tax and this was acceptable to Mr. [redacted].  There will be no further reduction or refund.   Sincerely, Gregory T.
