I am rejecting this response because:HCC has had more than enough time to refund my money. Why does...
HCC need to get a lawyer to refund my money? HCC has failed to communicate with me and they have failed to communicate with my attorney which I was forced to hire if I was to have any hope of seeing my money again. HCC is stalling and I do not accept their excuse.
