The Hope credit Union returned a payment of $25.00. I called Capital One because they said that Hope credit union returned the payment and it caused my payment to be late for Capital One Services. This is the same account that I have used to pay my bills and I never had any problem until now. I called Hope Credit Union and I spoke with 2 customer service representatives and each one told me different. One said my account has 6 zeros and the other one said my account has 5 zeros but the problem is that this account has been set up from the beginning. I have no reason to change anything dealing with my account. I think it might be something fraudulent going on within.
We have spoken with Ms. concerning this complaint. It was determined to be an error on Capital One payment processing. We have verified all account information with Ms. for security purposes. Ms. informed us she is not upset with Hope and she is glad we reached out. Thanks.
