I never had a doctors appointment on 7/29/I have the the receipt for my very last doctors appointment and it was not on 7/29/The office is showing no record of the appointment I had which was on a later date than 7/29/I can provide the receipt of my last visit with the date and it paid in full with cash.

Therefore, I am perplexed as to why this patient is alleging that payments have not been correctly posted to his account for services rendered.
