I hate a new roof installed June 22, 2019 I spoke with a man by the name *** when the roof leak one and a half months after the work was done he came out on the first link claims there was nothing wrong probably just the siding issue water can be very misleading the roof has now leaves about 10 times since then when I called to let him know about this issue he “” told me that he will not keep coming out for free and my issue still has not been Corrected my top and bottoms are currently still leaking I have a 15 year warranty on the top of five year warranty on the bottom and also five-year on the gutters installed yet he has not come out to correct the issue because I am not paying him to come out and correct what was already paid for and with a warranty your guarantee your work but the work is not done properly because my roof has been leaking continuously on and off since the job was done All I’m seeking is for the work to be done correctly to stop the leaking of my top roof in my bottom roof before one of the two wind up collapsing from water constantly coming in and weakening the roof. I find it very unfair that someone would guarantee their work and the work isn’t done properly and they refused to come out unless you’re paying them to come out but you have already paid them to do the work and to be rude it’s just unnecessary.

Every time the contractor contacts me it’s always he needs to reschedule my roof being completed and I don’t know that he isn’t employed by this company and at this point I just want my money back to have a contractor come and make the repairs needed for my home before more damage is done to my roof and the ceiling in my house that now needs repairs due to the constant leaking I refuse to keep waiting and feeling like I’m being played in regards to the work being done and done correctly please just refund my money so I can move on from this nightmare

Hi Ms.,I just wanted to get back to you on the complaint you've forwarded to me couple of weeks ago. Although the work was not done by our company (we do not normally do any outside contracts - just do our own investment properties) my office manger has given a roof certification for the work *** had done for the purpose of settlement. In fact, he has done work for us in the past and he does excellent work. I discussed the issue with Gary, and he told me that he has gone back and checked the complaint couple of times and tried to explain to the subject that the leak was not from the roof - it is from the siding. The roof is not leaking - it is in great condition.However, since our company issued the certification, he is willing to give her $500.00 which she could use towards fixing the siding issue. Please let me know, if that would resolve the issue.Thank You!Varghese *** T

Hello so I agreed to the proposal and I needed to know what is the next step in the process or do I need to contact anyone or do anything Hello this is *** again sending you what I promised this is the name the check was also sent in for his form of payment along with my realtor at the top and the one that was working with the lady that sold me the house there name is equity mid Atlantic
