Contractor that contacted me by mail

As I previous contacted HopeBUILDERS Home Repair KC as I am on disability further trying to get assistance with Home Repair for my home. Where I was then contacted by *** a Program Coordinator for HopeBUILDERS Home Repair KC. Where I provided my information and also sent a copy of my Social Security Benefits Letter upon verification. As I was further told that HopeBUILDERS Home Repair KC would contact me once a contractor was available.
Where in the process I got my name changed from *** to *** (my birth name) and my numbers changed also. As I was then contacted by mail *** stating his services would be free a month a ago by which he told me to call back and leave a message on his phone upon my credentials and also my contact. Being he said he would get back with me in a week as it has now been a month with no contact. Where I further left a message with HopeBUILDERS Home Repair KC as I have also not received a contact back as I am further now concerned.
I am seeking to have someone contact me regarding this situation as I have provided all of my personal information and I am not getting any response concerning my request. As I am now verifying that this is a current business upon assisting in further verifying the situation to be real or not.
If you will further assist me in properly doing so.

a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, HopeBUILDERS provides home repair services for older
adults and individuals with physical disabilities. As a part of our
client intake process, we gather income documentation and also schedule a site
visit to do an assessment of the potential client's home, so we can evaluate
the services that are needed and determine if we can be of assistance.
Due to limited resources, a phone call or site visit does not guarantee that we
will be able to provide services or that we will be able to do so in a timely
manner. We have a long waiting list and the wait time for projects is
indefinite.
Since
the client made contact with the Revdex.com, HopeBUILDERS has been in communication
via phone verifying that he is on the waiting list and confirming the indefinite wait
time.
