I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is RELATIVELY satisfactory to me, and the matter has been resolved.Hopewell Animal Hospital did contact me and stated I was charged double on a couple of codes Office *** *** stated her desk folks are lacking in knowledge of services and their costs I explained if a store states a wrong price on goods, they need to honor that price Same should be true here It is their responsiblity to have knowledgeable staff knowing their services She agreed, but still continued to charge me the $visit Instead of refunding that fee, she refunded double charge, $and $charge.I was refunded $in total, not the $I was charged unbeknown to me until the invoice.I will accept this refund, but take note there is something wrong with this business It took one month to get a call (the Vet avoiding my calls),and only received a call because Revdex.com had gotten involved I greatly thank the Revdex.com for all that they do.With Many Thanks
Sincerely, *** ***

[redacted] was correct in the fact that she was charged incorrectly due to a miscommunication. I spoke with [redacted] and assured her...
that her credit card would be refunded.
Review: My cat has a regular vet, which I take her to. I wanted a holistic exam on an issue, so I called HOPEWELL ANIMAL HOSPITAL located on [redacted]. When I called, I told them what I was looking for : holistic approach with possible acupuncture treatment. Receptionist stated it was $60.00. I confirmed that price at least three times before scheduling an appt. I schedule the appt, and they said they would block me an hour or so for the visit.Long story short, when I get the bill, they charged me not just $60 for the exam, but also another $225!!! When I inquired, the receptionist had not heard of 'extended holistic exam' and had to ask the vet. She came back and said " it took a long time and you had many questions"... Uh m, yeah, I have questions...what? I get charged by the question now??? I asked to speak with the vet but he would not come out. I left him messages to call and he would not call back. SO EVERYONE BE WARE OF THE HIDDEN FEES THIS FRAUD PLACE DOES. THEY ARE AN OXYMORON PLACE. THEY ARE OUT FOR MONEY VS. HOLISTICALLY HELPING YOUR ANIMAL. if you want a better place in a holistic approach, I hear (too late now) that Earth Angels provide great treatment. AVOID HOPEWELL ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! They are not professionals, or they would have returned my call.Desired Settlement: I would like the $225 that I was (hidden) charged to be refunded. Having confirmed multiple times the fee, then being charged differently. And then the Vet refusing to come from the back is unacceptable. Topper of this is the Vet never calls me back, even when I continued to call back. What professional place does not call a patient back?...
