Review: On the 5th of February 2014 I ordered the "Super Deluxe Startup Kit" and the "Deluxe Medication Kit" for beekeepers online from Bee-Commerce. On February 13th I received (via UPS) a partial order with ever thing I ordered except, the gloves, a beekeeping book, and a hive tool.On April 10th I received the gloves.To date I have NOT received the book,(The Queen and I)nor the hive tool despite repeated contacts with them via e-mail. I have not been able to contact them via phone.Desired Settlement: Deliver what I ordered and paid for or refund my money.

Review: Starting with April 17, 2015 I ordered clover seed from this company. After a week and a half, the order had not been fulfilled. After calling, I was promised the product would be shipped within 2 business days. After several emails, no response. I spoke with a representative, after 3 days of calling and the bee-commerce mailbox full, I was told there would be a refund since the distributer did not supply with said seed.It has been since May 1 since I spoke with [redacted] and still haven't received a refund or a reply from my messages.Desired Settlement: Refund of total money, 33.79 plus interest if possible. It has been almost a month since placing this order. I am waiting for refund to purchase else where.
