Hopewell Heating & Air Conditioning

I called hopewell to find out why the air-conditioning they installed in my house would not reach the second floor that they installed and told me I would have to pay a service charge I told them it would not get cold up on the second floor so the secretary was going to diagnose the problem on the phone so I has to talk to the owner and alls I got was a hard time and try to call my sales person and he would not call me back . So I am going to refer to another company to get this repaired right . They are all nice when they want your work in till some thing goes wrong. I am still waiting for a call back from the owner from back in August .if it is something I did I will gladly pay for it .
