I have just received a, notice of termination of lease from ***/Hopewell Village Apts, they have no tenant rights agreement she accepted my rent that payed me up to April 4th by passed it and gave me until March 15th to vacate the premises,there was an incident with my grandson which another tentant approached him waiting in the outter lobby on me and told him he had to leave the building,I saw her and asked her about it and took my grandson with me and she denided , I said she was ugly anyway and she's the building begged and prostitute, I never was talking to the maintenance man,but he has lied on me an awful lot,he threatened me said he would hurt me bad but I was talking to a woman...!!! Now they send me a notice dated March 5th that they stuck on the apt.door today 03/08/2020 saying I have until March 15th to vacate the premises ,like I haven't payed *** the Manager my rent already on the 3rd ,so I guess they gonna take my money!I also need legal assistance,Thank you
I just spoke to the manager iam waiting for her to let me know about ,giving me more time to move, didn't say anything about a refund she didn't. I will let u know what her decision is! Thank you for u time!
They have agreed to let me stay until March 24.
We extended her move out date.

I am not sure why the Revdex.com is getting involved with an eviction. We gave her until March 26, but with the COVID19 situation, we are not evicting anyone at this time. She is currently living here. We will reach out to her once the COVID19 situation is over.
