I have used Hopkins Air since 2010 and they run a very Professional Operation! I would HIGHLY recommend them to any one looking for an Air Conditioning company here in South Florida.

We contracted [redacted] for a AC replacement. We had great experience with the company particularly we were thousands of miles away for most of the process. The technicians that removed the old unit and replace it with a new one were very polite and did a great work. They cleaned everything behind them. We did not had any issues after 6 months. The only issue was with the AC company that was a little bit lazy but [redacted] took care of it all. I would recommend [redacted] to everybody.
On a scale from 1-5 with 5 being the best I would have to rate Hopkins with a 6+. This company is off the charts professional and truly has the clients best interest at heart. Hopkins has the best business ethic of any company that I have so far encountered during my 12 year tenure in FL.... this is much appreciated since mostly single women - especially seniors are at the mercy of hopefully not being taken advantage of. I would recommend Hopkins Air strongly not only because of their professionalism and work performance, but because they bend over backward to accommodate working with you in a most caring and friendly manner - and to top it off they sell the best equipment - you'll never regret choosing a LENNOX !
Hopkins Air Conditioning replaced our 3 A/C units in our home. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. When we interviewed 3 companies, Hopkins was the most thorough and technologically up to date. They solved the problems that we were having with uneven temperatures throughout the home and our FPL bill is no higher than our last home which was 1/2 the size! The technicians were highly trained, extremely polite and professional and went far beyond our expectations to do the work effectively, neatly, and with the least disruption to the household. We highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning for all your A/C needs.
The AC unit went out at our rental property on a Sunday. After getting 3 different quotes we decided to go with Hopkins. They gave us 3 systems to choose from and educated us on all of them. After choosing the one we wanted they ordered the system and it was installed the next morning, Benny was very professional and helpful and Avier and Ricky installed the system with efficiency. Benny was very patient and tolerating of a difficult situation. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Their prices are comparable but their service is top!!!
