Following a complete renovation of my home, I had to purchase a new air conditioning systemAfter an extensive review I contacted several companies in the area and chose Hopkins Air Conditioning, IncBenny came to my home explained various products specific to my home and answered all my questionsTyree, Gabe, and Geo installed my new AC system in one day and explained the basics regarding care and functionThey were professional, polite, and courteousRemoving the older system and installing the new system seemed effortless (at least I thought)Shoe covers were worn and drop clothes were placed on my newly installed tile floorsWho does that anymore??? I had a pleasant experience with everyone at Hopkins and they will be my company of choice going forwardI have high expectations and all my expectations were exceededI highly recommend this company without any reservations what so ever!
We contracted [redacted] for a AC replacementWe had great experience with the company particularly we were thousands of miles away for most of the processThe technicians that removed the old unit and replace it with a new one were very polite and did a great workThey cleaned everything behind themWe did not had any issues after monthsThe only issue was with the AC company that was a little bit lazy but [redacted] took care of it allI would recommend [redacted] to everybody
I only have high praise for Hopkins We have been with them for at least years and have had nothing but great service from Hopkins We recently had our air conditioner replacedThe installers went above and beyond Benny is the best!! The AC unit went out at our rental property on a SundayAfter getting different quotes we decided to go with HopkinsThey gave us systems to choose from and educated us on all of themAfter choosing the one we wanted they ordered the system and it was installed the next morning, Benny was very professional and helpful and Avier and Ricky installed the system with efficiencyBenny was very patient and tolerating of a difficult situationWe would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyoneTheir prices are comparable but their service is top!!!

Excellent company and service From the Sales Rep (Phil), to the installers, to the follow-up Great all around but the follow up is what impressed me most First day with the new unit and I noticed some adjustments needed to be made for the second floor The owner himself came out to review and called me to let me know what needed to happenEssentially, the existing T-stat was located on the first floor and since the second floor has so much sun exposure and gets so much hotter, the t-stat couldn't register the temperature differential He explained that it was the right thing to do and I would notice a huge difference in the overall comfort of the house They did the work (the tech even video chatted me to make sure I was okay with the location for the new T-stat) and as soon as I got home (noon), I ran upstairs...HUGE DIFFERENCE! Big change to my home - thank you so much
