Review: I gave Mr. [redacted] a deposit of $4,500 to install a generator at my house. The installation date was set for April 13th by Mr. [redacted]. The generator was never installed despite me contacting Mr. [redacted] multiple times. He promised every time that the generator will be delivered the next day.Finally on June 3rd I asked for a refund.Mr [redacted] gave me a postdated check for June 29th. When I cashed the check on July 7th he had a stop payment on it. His rationale is that he did not get a refund from his supplier therefore he will not pay me my money back!!Desired Settlement: My money along with the $39 return check fee should be returned to me. Under no circumstance does he have a right to keep my deposit. His supplier issue is none of my concern. I waited months with fake promises. There is always an excuse from Mr [redacted].
