The complaint by *** is entirely inaccurate. We had contracted me to install the bathtub, toilet with seat, vanity, tub surround tiles, floor tiles, and hang new drywall at sq ft with one coat of mud but ended up doing sq ft of drywall with no extra chargeHomeowner was to
finish drywall mudding and sandingAll demo was supposed to be done by homeownerThe homeowner did not do the demo correctly and refused to pay more for extra work provided by Hopkins Remodel. All tiles were cut to accurate size based off the demo provided by ***The vanity was purchased at a thrift store with no legs and it was not contracted for Hopkins Remodel to assemble the vanity*** purchased new legs after the vanity was installed then later stated the legs were in the garage somewhere. Cleaning was to be provided by homeowner due to his incredible tight budgetMaterial was to be re used if possible which included water supply linesThe water line on the toilet leaked a bit and I have not got the ok from HO to install new line provided by Homeowner(***). The gaps *** is referring is not between the tile but where the tile meets drywallThis area needs to be caulked which was not part of the contract agreement due to ***'s budgetThe professional he claimed to have out was his brother who used a $level that was not calibrated correctlyHe also tried to level an uneven surface which will also prevent an accurate reading.All material was supposed to be at the jobsite before starting*** failed to do so for days which resulted in me not being able to work while losing money*** then decided to change the tile design more times that included a significant amount of more work but did not want to pay more. We did agree on a design with an extra charge of $150.00. We have agreed for me to come out and repair the problem
