I came into the auto shop needing a starter replacement, but instead the manager gave me a tune up to fix the issue, which was a huge misdiagnosis
My car began having trouble starting back on August 4, and I brought it in to a *** on August 6th to see if this was a battery issue*** assessed the battery was performing well above average and thought it was likely a starter issue*** did not have the time to look at my car that week to properly assess the starter, so I then took it in to Meineke on August 7th to have the starter checked and fix my starting issuesWhen Meineke called me to inform me of the problem, they mentioned that my car was having issues starting due to faulty spark plugs, which I had only just replaced last year in March When I asked whether the mechanic had inspected the starter, he mentioned it did not matter and insisted I get a tune up which he said would include replacing my spark plugs and fix my starting issueI reluctantly c
