What *** has stated about the vehicle not driving right is true*** did send a registered letter to Hopp's Auto Body for the damages she had to pay forHopp's Auto Body will reimburse *** for that invoiceI, Pat C***, did speak to *** about the registered letterI asked for
a copy of the invoice which was not included with the letterI told her when I received the invoice I would talk to the mechanic who worked on the engine problemI did not follow up with *** after thatI do not have and excuse for not calling her backAnd would not like to tell an untruth. Hopp's Auto Body has received the part to fix the rattling problem in ***'s carWe would like the opportunity to fix ***'s vehicle and finish the repair.
