I understand you felt mislead as you felt your mailer was a winning mailer for a television. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and strive to... provide our customers with the best possible experience when shopping for a new or used car. The advertisement had a disclaimer further explaining the promotion. I have attached the part of the disclaimer where it explains how to win the tv. In addition to having the matching pull tab you also needed to have the matching confirmation code which was listed on your mailer and shown on a board in the show room. Unfortunately, your code did not match the winning code. Please see disclaimer “ (--) NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE OR DONATION DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. Winners Call , confirmation code then proceed to Jake Sweeney Used Car Mega Store event during event times to claim your prize ..which like I said the three # 7's which won the tvIT DOES NOT SAY IF YOUR NUMBER MATCHES THE CONFIRMATION CODE....Like I said I feel this is a COME ON PLOY to sell their cars which was exactly what they did to us, they were more worried what we were driving to trade in , Like I said in the complaint if they don't have the which I believe they do not they can drive right over to *** and pick one up for under 900.00 Thank You the Kindermans
