Let me begin by apologizing
for my delayed responseI have been traveling overseas and only returned to
the office this afternoon.I have pulled Olivia ***s file and found that our
office has made many extensions to her on hermove indate as it isIn our last conv ersation, Ms*** stated
that she didn'thave the moneyto pay her OG&E deposit and therefore hit another setbackSince
we've held a couple different apartments for her since April 26, 2017, we have deiermined the good faithfunds to be forfeited inaccordance wit h the electronic agreement she signed when she submitted her applicationA copy of that agreement is attached for your review.At no time was the Residentready to move inWe showed her a unit that we had reservedfor her but it
was still in the processof getting ready.That move in date has come and gone so the apartmentwas leased to someone else.Also attached is a copy of the history note log wherein reflects the extensions provided to her and a brief summary
of the conversation/chain of events
