I would like to respond to Mr.[redacted] response.  I never agreed to pay Mr. [redacted] more than the agreed price of 10,000-$11,000 for 3 season room. As it was ,I had paid him $ 11,529 which was more than our agree price in which he had never completed the interior structures of 3 season room and never fixed the roof which had to be dismantled and also never completed the lighting which was include  in the project and price since he left the job . He has failed to this date to provide us with contract or any receipts of project.  The job consisted of constructing a 3 season room on a pre-existing deck.  Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] was unsuccessful with this project due to the fact he was unable to construct the roof without it leaking. What kind of contracter is he if he can not build a roof without it leaking? He attempted x2 times to fix roof in which he stated he was unable to fix-  ( I have proof of this ; text messages and communication from him stating "I obviously got the wrong guy to do the Job". He agreed to have a new contractor to fix his work and agreed to reimburse us for materials in labor (as text messages confirm also) and also meet the new contracter in person. He continues to refuse to pay for this .I sent him a email of cost of repair of roof and he  refuses to pay for the reconstruction of the roof. He stated " I could do a whole ranch for that price. I hate to see that ranch. After  Mr.[redacted]  received this bill from [redacted] he sent me 3 additional  bills on July 29 for a railing kit which was already paid for and installed on the deck weeks prior; interior bead board that was paid for at [redacted] and per text messages he informed me it was paid for and to pick it up at that store since I hired a new contracter and yes one of his boys did come back one day to put screening under the deck however screening needed to be reinstalled due to squeaks in deck and labor by  new contractor to fix this other existing problem of Mr.[redacted] not performing. Mr. [redacted] never returned to [redacted] to fix the existing deck. Why would he come back and fix a deck he already put a new structure on; wouldn't he realize the deck needed repairing before he put the 3 season room onto this deck? He also replied in texts" Im sick over this no excuses. I wonder why he would state I was very difficult to work for. I just wanted a 3 season room that was properly constructed and waterproof.
Regards,
[redacted]

for labor and materials on a weekly basis.Mrs. [redacted] failed to pay for the last three weeks that I worked for her on her property @ [redacted]Mrs. [redacted] paid me weekly from the beginning of the job until the week of June 19thI have three outstanding invoices that are owed to me for this job:         June 19,, 2015    in the amount of                $ 1,727.00        June 26, 2015                                             $    632.00        July 3, 2015                                                $ 1,669.00         Total unpaid balance                                    $ 3,578.00 Mrs. [redacted] was very difficult to work for and the fact that she was not paying me (even though I was paying for everything) I  stopped the job because I could not continue to pay for the material and labor without being reimbursed.  I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and told her if there was anything she was unsatisfied with that I would fix or repair it, but that I needed to get paid for work done.  [redacted] [redacted]Email: [redacted]
