Again as was explained to Ms***; Hoppy's has no control over the water level in the front loading washersAll water levels are pre-set by the manufacturer according to government regulationsIf she would cut her load size in half (as was recommended) the washer will work as intended by the manufacturers design
Company policy dictates that refunds are given when there is a malfunctioning piece of equipment; in this case the washer works as intended by the manufacturerWe do not refund for user errors
