Review: I dropper off a blue two piece suit for dry-cleaning service on August [redacted] 2013. I went to pick up suit on August **th. Hoppy's drycleaners told me they don't have my suit. They said they must have given it to another customer. I have called and stopped by numerous times to get my suit back. They said they have no idea who they gave the suit to. The owner explained to me she would have my suit back in a week from August **th. It is now September *, 2013, and I have not gotten my suit back nor have I received any phone calls in regards to remedy the situation. If my suit is not going to be given back to me, I would like money that the suit is worth to replace my loss. I have still not heard back from them in-regards to solving this problem, and this has brought me to this site to make a formal complaint.Desired Settlement: Since I feel they have had more than enough time to resolve this issue. I feel it is necessary for them to give me the cash value of my blue suit so I can go out and purchase a new one. I feel this company will continue to avoid solving this problem and to me that is unprofessional.
